Since 1988, founder & President of Hawkeye Manufacturing Inc., David Shoaf has been building quality portable spas in Richmond, VA. Formerly a retailer of similar products, Mr. Shoaf opened the doors to the first Hawkeye Manufacturing facility in 1988 in Charles City, Virginia where they manufactured spas for his retail stores in town. Since then Hawkeye has expanded their production capabilities to include the opening of their newest 189,000 square foot facility in Richmond’s “South Side”.
